What’s involved.
EnharComm provides independent project management for commercial solar PV, battery energy storage (BESS) and EV charging infrastructure projects, managing the process from tender and procurement through to construction, commissioning and handover.
Our experienced project managers combine renewable energy industry knowledge with the practical expertise of our in-house A-Grade electricians and certified engineering team. We take responsibility for coordinating contractors, managing timelines, tracking budgets and keeping stakeholders aligned, allowing you to focus on your core business while we manage the project delivery.
Tendering and procurement management
- Develop tender documentation, scopes of work, technical specifications and project requirements
- Manage the tender process, coordinate contractor enquiries and evaluate submissions against project objectives, budgets and delivery timeframes
- Coordinate contractor selection, procurement schedules, equipment orders and key project milestones
- Manage communications between clients, EPC contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to keep procurement moving and minimise delays
Project planning and coordination
- Establish project programmes, budgets, responsibilities and delivery milestones from contract award through to commissioning
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, site access, resources and installation schedules to maintain project momentum
- Manage project meetings, progress reporting, action registers and stakeholder communications
- Identify emerging delays, resource constraints and delivery risks, coordinating solutions before they impact the project
Construction and contractor management
- Act as the central point of coordination between the client, EPC contractor, installers, suppliers and other project stakeholders
- Monitor construction progress against agreed schedules, budgets and deliverables, keeping the project on track
- Manage variations, progress claims, procurement issues, contractor performance and day-to-day project decisions
- Coordinate site activities, resolve delivery issues and manage the practical requirements of construction through to installation completion
Commissioning, handover and project close-out
- Coordinate commissioning schedules, contractor activities, outstanding works and the resources required to bring the system into operation
- Manage defect registers, completion milestones and contractor follow-up to ensure outstanding items are addressed
- Coordinate handover documentation, operating manuals, warranties, training and the transfer of project information to the client
- Manage final project reporting, practical completion and close-out activities to provide a clear transition into ongoing operations
